On Saturday 6th July, the Carryduff #G4MO panel made their way to the Co. Antrim @kickhamscreggan club for the annual provincial #G4MO blitz.
With 11 teams attending, proceedings kicked off with an entertaining group warm up for all those taking part.
Now the scene was set for some football!!
Our squad played a total of 5 games against some old and new opponents with matches against Silverbridge, Ballinascreen, Omagh St. Enda’s, Glennshego and Bredagh. Although we got off to a tentative start, the Carryduff ladies soon got into their stride as each game progressed. The entire panel got plenty of game time with a few ladies playing in positions that they weren’t accustomed to but nonetheless performed really well in.
After the games were completed, all the teams were treated to some excellent hospitality provided by the host club.
This was a fantastic day that ran like clockwork thoroughly enjoyed by all.
