Nine of the Carryduff u14 hurlers took part in the all Ulster blitz today in Magherafelt. In their first outing of the year the lads played 5 games in total, with spirited performances against Loch Mor Gaels, Omagh St Endas and Na Magha. However, in true Carryduff fashion, the lads saved their best performances to last and finished with a great performance against Lamh Dhearg losing 4-2 in a very tight game and an even better performance against Dungannon running out 3-1 winners in a thrilling game. Improvement throughout the day was evident and sets the foundations to continue into the new season!!
