Carryduff U10 Girls – Ulster Development Blitz – Carrickcruppin – Saturday 21st September
Our U10 girls travelled to Co Armagh on Saturday morningfor the final Ulster Development Blitz of the year at Carrickcruppin. We entered two teams – Carryduff Ogs and Carryduff Gaels. Ogs played games against Carrickcruppin 2, Gort Na Mona 1, Warrenpoint 1 & Galbally 2 . Gaels played Gort Na Mona 2, Tullylish, Warrenpoint 2 & Burren. In perfect conditions, the girls scored some great points, goals and defended like their lives depended on it, especially in their last game against Burren! On the day, all of the girls got plenty of game time and as coaches and mentors we could ask no more of them. Thanks to everyone who made the trip to South Armagh and to Carrickcruppin for hosting the blitz and their hospitality on the day. The girls will be attending the final Down Development Blitz of the season on Saturday 28th September at Teconnaught.
