Carryduff Lights up Launch day

💡💡Carryduff Lights up Launch day – Wednesday 10th January 💡💡

🎵 Peter McVeigh will be providing some live music for your strategic tea breaks to warm up in the hub from 7 to 8.30!

For all those volunteering tomorrow, thank you, we really appreciate your assistance.

If everyone could meet at the gym doors for 6.45pm on Wednesday that would be brilliant. We will get everyone registered, and ready to get walking!

EVERYONE is welcome – this is not restricted to club members!

Don’t forget, all distances covered during the 5 week period, at any time, all count towards our total. So if you are walking the kids to school or walking to the shop then get it recorded on the app.
Reminder – dogs aren’t allowed on club grounds, thank you for your understanding.

We have 222 registered walkers so far, which is fantastic!

For anyone who hasn’t registered:

Simply download the MyLife App (It may be in as MyLife by Irish Life) from your App Store and register.

📲 Track your activity with a fitness wearable (e.g. Fitbit) or fitness app (e.g. Samsung Health for Android or Apple Health for iPhone) connected to the MyLife app. To automatically add your steps go to Track, Trackers, click device and click connect. Every step will be recorded for the duration of the challenge.

Volunteers will be at the desks beside the gym door to help with any registration issues.
