What is it?

Cairde Carryduff is a new fundraising initiative focused on providing a funding stream for the continuing development of the infrastructure in Carryduff GAC. As a club, we are committed to providing top-class facilities for our members and helping every player to fulfil their potential.

Cairde Carryduff provides an opportunity for those who are passionate about our club to make a meaningful and lasting contribution to its development. We will continue to seek and secure external funding to help drive forward the development of our facilities, as we have successfully done to date.

Cairde Carryduff will act as a vehicle to ensure a steady, sustainable stream of development funding which, together with external grants, will help Carryduff GAC achieve its ambitious, but achievable development goals.

What will the money be used for?

The money raised by Cairde Carryduff will be used for the development of our facilities, and maintenance equipment.

With the recent completion of Páirc na nÓg, we are now embarking on an exciting £580k development project. This ambitious plan includes the construction of a floodlit 3G pitch, new floodlights for Páirc na nÓg, a new accessible toilet block and upgrades to our second pitch.

To achieve the above work, we need the ‘buy in’ of all friends of Carryduff GAC. This fund will enable us to continue our plans for developing a new clubhouse, spectator stand, handball alleys, and facilities that will be befitting for the biggest club in Ulster.
