Annual General Meeting 2023

AGM Information

Updated information at the bottom of the page

We are now well into the final quarter of our year together and would like thank you for your support and interest over the last 12 months.

Our Annual General Meeting has now been scheduled for Wednesday 22nd November at 8pm in the Ivanhoe Hotel. Doors will open at 7pm

The AGM offers an invaluable opportunity for the officers of the club to come before you, the wider membership and share our feedback on the past 12 months. And it gives you a chance to ask questions, seek clarifications or raise motions in advance that you would like to be considered.

We have prepared an overview for you to explain what happens at the AGM. Click here to read.

Please note that the GAA Constitution requires a quorum of 15% (in our case 97 adult members) before we are allowed to proceed with the AGM.  We are hopeful that there will be sufficient interest to easily achieve this target but would remind you that even without this obligation we believe as this is your club, you deserve to hear how it is being run, and we really hope to see you there.
