Please find attached the necessary documentation with the required 10 day notice ahead of the clubs virtual AGM on the 29th November 2020.  If you wish to vote, please check your inbox for an email dated yesterday the 18th November 2020.  Alternatively, the document should be available on the club website.

The financial accounts are still with the auditor to get into the required format before being returned to the county board.  A graphical representation, (which was received so successfully) similar in format to last year will be displayed as part of the AGM.
Should you wish to attend the AGM please email the club secretary ( before midnight on the 26th November 2020 so an invite can be sent to the MS Teams meeting. Please be aware that this meeting will be recorded.

If there are any further questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact any member of the club executive committee.  Similarly, if you know of anyone who has not received this info, but is a member of the club, feel free to pass on the details.  Emails will only be sent through this channel to those who have selected to enable club communications on sign up.  The same information will be going onto the club website immediately and will be advertised on the club social media channels.
