At our 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) I gave an undertaking to present the Club’s Income, Costs and Expenditure in a more accessible format to Club Members.
I am grateful for the support of Executive Committee colleagues who provided of their time and skills to assist me to do so mid-year in June 2019 and at our Club AGM on Tuesday 12 November 2019.
Our Club Constitution requires our Executive Committee to propose Membership Fees for the Incoming Year to enable the proposed fees to be considered at the Club AGM
In recognition of our need to balance our Annual Income and Expenditure, members of the Executive Committee were tasked with reviewing Club Membership levies to present a proposal to our AGM as required under our Club Constitution.
The following membership fees for 2020 were proposed by the Executive Committee and endorsed by majority at our Club AGM (12th November 2019) and will have effect for 2020.
Those present at the AGM also approved the establishment by the incoming Executive Committee of a reduced membership rate for students who are only able to represent Carryduff GAC for a reduced period of the 2020 playing season.
